Please read the followings carefully
1, starting interval of the main and auxiliary engines must not be less than 50 seconds for the starter is damaged due to frequent starting.
2, Always check if the hose connection of the engine intake pipe is loose or loose, and the engine is damaged or pulled by a large amount of dust.
3, Engine damage or cylinder pull is caused by insufficient high temperature and long-term operation due to insufficient antifreeze.
The first maintenance time of the engine is 50 hours of work, and the maintenance is performed once every 100 hours.
4, Low-pressure water pump and high-pressure piston pump should keep the water in and out of the pump (cannot used after freezing in winter). The water source should be clean; the water filter element should be often cleaned. The blockage will cause insufficient water intake, causing the pump body to shake and the water output to be small (In severe cases, the pump body may be damaged.)
It is forbidden to vacate the pump body without water, and the resulting pump damage is not within the scope of the Three Guarantees.
5, Clean the filter cartridge of the vacuum cleaner frequently, the blockage will seriously affect the vacuuming effect. The filter cartridge should be disassembled and installed gently to avoid dust from being deformed by the filter cartridge, causing dust to emerge from the air outlet, causing secondary pollution.
6. When the vehicle is driving fast, the sweeping disc and the suction cup should be raised. Slowly pass the shock absorbing belt to avoid rapid wear and damage of the sweeping brush and the suction cup.
7, After the vehicle is repaired and maintained, the safety pole must be supported after the cabinet is raised; if there is any obstacle or person behind the rear door when opening the door; the hydraulic system must be repaired and replaced under the guidance of a professional.
8, Bearings, stranded connections, and other parts of the grease fitting are often inspected, greased, and lubricated.
The filling of Hydraulic oil should not exceed 2/3 of the fuel tank, Kunlun 46# low temperature hydraulic oil is filled in winter; Kunlun 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil is filled in summer.
The truck cannot be moving when the cabinet is raise.
Maintenance items for water filter
1, Please check if there is any impurity in the water filter before starting the machine.
2, The water filter should be cleaned every 30 hours of operation.
3, When the pump is shaking or the pump water is intermittent, stop working immediately (because the filter is clogged in the filter and the flow is insufficient), or the impurities enter the pump, causing the piston to be damaged, causing the pump to shake. In this case, stop the work immediately and avoid the pump. There is a secondary damage).

Remove the wrench by turning it counterclockwise on the concave side of the water filter to remove it.
Please check some items before starting up
1. Whether the main and auxiliary engine fuel and antifreeze are normal.
2, whether the water pipes and hydraulic pipes are unobstructed.
3, The hydraulic oil filling must not exceed 2/3 of the fuel tank (refer to the oil level gauge).
4, Check the fan housing and the belt tension are normal.
5, Check if the suction passage is clear and the suction pipe is blocked.
6, Check the main and auxiliary engine intake pipes for leaks
